NO FEEDBACK REGARDING WARRANTY REPAIR - BG39VD GP

Ford Ikon went in for the 60000km service on 2013/09/11. Carmen was my service advisor. Service carried out, and I had to have the brakes done @ R1800 . I have driven well over 5000km since and the brakes are still screeching - anything normal about this? I was informed that a shock had to be replaced as it was leaking but as the industry was in the middle of another pathetic strike (South Africa here we go!), they couldn't do it on the same day as the part wasn't available. It was supposedly ordered but wouldn't be delivered until the strike was over, blah-blah. I left it for a week or two and contacted Carmen again - the story hadn't changed. Left it for another few weeks, called again, was told that Carmen no longer worked there and Clive had taken over from her. Wrong - NOTHING was taken over from her. I was trfd from Clive, who knew nothing about this, trfd to Natasha who then trfd me to Chrystal who didn't know anything either. Wow, surely these things get noted on your system? I explained the story to Chrystal, who promised to follow up and call me. I called a week later, no reply, Chrystal tfrs me 2 Clive again, who moans and groans, phone dies, no call back?? Pathetic!!!
