PRICE ISSUE RELATING TO SMART DEVICE (iPad)

I placed an electronic order for an iPad Mini on Wednesday, 27 March 2013, with written confirmation received that my order had been successfully placed @ R179.00 p/m for 24 months. When a consultant contacted me on Wednesday, 3 April 2013 (to confirm device, details, etc.), suddenly the price was R190.00 for 24 months? Since then I have been phoning / querying / nagging / threatening / begging for feedback - and am being passed from one agent to another, one department to another (with various responses: the matter has been escalated to a team leader / someone tried to call me {no missed call on my phone this day} / the matter is still pending team leader response / someone will call me the next day {that was Wednesday} / I must speak to consultant X and then get transferred to the incorrect department) - and STILL NO FEEDBACK!! Surely if my order was accepted at R179.00, I should receive my device at R179.00 - not R190.00? The "service" is SHOCKING to say the least, and all the consultants just keep passing the buck - no one is assisting me! Could a senior manager contact me to resolve this as it has been dragging for over 2 weeks now!!
