My dad on the 25/07/12 went to draw money at the ATM Goodwood Mall. The machine then asked him to enter his cell number which he did. Seconds later his card was retained but a few minutes later money was drawn at the Estoril machine in Goodwood (R2000.00). He went immediately to FNB N1 City to inform them and spoke to Laeeqah Mohamed. She said it will take 6-8 weeks to sort out. He went after that time to Sea Point brach and they called N1 City from there and they informed him that he is not getting any money back with no further communication. Ref no. 109645.
