Disappointing handover meant I lost access to fund

I had provided my FICA documentation to her but clearly something went wrong and the "system" didn't process it. I tried reaching out but no reply. Turns out she's unwell. Its unfortunate but she could have handed over duties to someone else. Now I am abroad and I've lost access to my account because of this joker party.
