I have a profile with you already - i don't understand why i have to go thorough all this hassle as if i'm trying to from you -
I understand the importance of security checks - but you don't have to do a brain test - that Thamsanqa guy his pace is extremely slow and irritating on the phone - if i give my full ID no. you don't have to ask me to confirm my last 3 digits more especially if you said i have to answer yes or no
Xolani even though i was irritated from the previous call - thank you for making me understand, i still think you guys can do better than this - as much as i need money i was willing to cancel your deal base on that.

Please have a re look at your security checks scripting it's irritating
