After waiting 30 days for a response on a complaint, Policy wording states the next step is the Managing Director, who I was told by a cust care rep is one of the people I have already contacted! However... it turns out THAT info was wrong (too)! How disappointing. I emailed and said I am going to HelloP and ooo suddenly I am getting a response! This is a company that (although not defined or excluded in their policy wording) will NOT allow me to have a CT Scan and are including it under gen radiology (in one sentence that states (general) x-rays). To top this they authorised a gastroscopy IN ROOMS when a gastroscopy is done under gen anaesthetic. While it is general practice in the medicine to do tests, it seems OnePlan will do what they can to prevent this. What a pity. This could have been exactly the company they claim to be in their phone pre-amble and advertising... but, (while their policy wording tells me I am obligated to take care of my health), they simply don't help and have so far ensured I dont get into hospital to do just that! I'm tired of sounding like a broken record! My family have now intervened to "sponsor" the medical treatment I need... how sad is that
