BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE

I took my cellphone which is insured by Finrite using my Edgars account last week of February, till now my phone has not been repaired. Firstly my phone was booked in for repairs and only after 3 weeks they told me there are documents missing.i went back to Edgars with the missing documents. A week later again went in store only to be told my phone has been in storage all along and they have not even started to repair it. I took the matter to myself and decided to call them again, then I was told that because its was easter the repair centre will look at my phone that was on the 26/03/2013.Again I called them on the 08/04/2013 i spoke to some call centre lady who said their team leader will contact me a few hours later. Still nothing happened and I called the again on the 10/04//2013 and then I spoke to a call centre agent by the name of Nombuso who took down my contact details and said their team leader Janine will call me.still have not..THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC.!!! I have been paying for more than 2 years and this is the SERVICE I get...??? Bad service as its best!!! I am so shocked at the level of service one is getting..
