On the 14th Feb 2013 my car was broken into. The Driver side rear door windows was broken in order to take a jacket. I reported the incident on that morning and was processed and passed onto a contractor to handle. I was informed that my window would take 21 days because of unavailability. It has now been 57 days and I ave just received an email claiming that they have tried to contact me (not to my knowledge) and it will take another 28 days for a window. I then decided to phone Budget to try and get this expedited as this is unacceptable. I am driving around without a window and needless to say this is unsafe. Whoever the person at the call center was, promptly put the phone down in my ear. So now I have had bad service from a Budget supplier and from budget. I am sorry but this is not good enough. Expect cancellation of my policy if something isn't done about this.
