I applied for the benefit package that FNB offers to their immediate consumer market and was absolutely disappointed in the lack of communication that followed for the past Month and half-
That is, Until I finally came into contact with two of the most driven, motivated and competent individuals I've telephonically met in a while-if ever.
They assisted and resolved my problem/issue in 1 day, that the rest of the FNB Team couldn't do in almost 2 months-
