Exceptional service

Hi

The above-mentioned woman (Fagmeda Lakay) is an exceptional woman.

Since 2011 every query I had was resolved by her within a matter of hours. Most the queries was not even hers to start off with and she never ever put me on hold to transfer me to anther Dept. or operator.

I have dealt with other operators at ESSMED and never got any joy or service from them.

There is not enough words to describe how she have assisted me in every way possible.

This is what I call service and still sold me another policy. I took the police because of the service I received from her. Not because of the Brand. It is the staff that makes the Brand and she clearly makes Brand stand out above the rest.

My motto is always that people never pays for the brand but what type of service I am receiving from the service provider. Pricing is never an issue when it comes to good service.

I Hope that her Managers know what an asset she is for the company. With her attitude, when it comes to service and business, she will be valuable asset to any company.

If there was a rating out of ten, I would have given her 12.
