Today I contacted you and dealt with a call centre consultant, unfortunately there was a system issue but he was so apologetic,
And even offered to contact me once the system was back online.

I then needed to return a ctrack module, which was at the centurion offices (Highveld Park).
The two gentlemen at the fitment centre were extremely helpful and actually stopped working to process the return within minutes.
