Dissapointed in service hopeless!!!

i deposited three cheques in my business account on the 28 feb 2013 after 10:00 am in the morning and asked for special clearance on all the cheques but till today nothing has been cleared i've been calling commercial department at fnb they can help me to verify where the prosess is at the moment they refer me to my relationship manager which cant help me he says that there is nothing he can do we just have to wait so no one from my bank can help me now i cant deliver to my customers i am really disgustted with the service that i have been receiving being a business customer generating money for them every month .i would not recomment anyone to them any more all of my accounts are with them now i'm thinking of moving to another bank. they can even phone a relevant person to find out what the hold up is it's like my cheques hav vanished!!! you say it takes 3 days for special clearance 3 days is over and i've heard not no money in my account my business name is joeness investment holdings cc.. my relationship manager cant even make a portion of the money available he says that he does'nt have the authority so why have a relationship manager???
