No way to contact the person you are dealing with

Finally, after much fighting, arguing, back and forth with docs we received bond approval on certain specific terms. This is fabulous, EXCEPT for the fact that we have received nothing in writing & have no way of speaking to the person (Forster) who presented the offer to us. This is extremely frustrating - Forster does not have a direct line or an email address & he cannot (perhaps will not is more likely) give us ANY contact details for anyone. We therefore have to sit around waiting for SB to phone us. Heaven forbid you are in a meeting or on the toilet when they call & you miss it-there is NO WAY to call them back! You just have to hope like crazy that you catch the call. The lack of communication is shocking. It is an unbelievably unpleasant experience dealing with Standard Bank. All I want is someone, anyone, with whom I can communicate directly. Requirements: a phone number. A pleasant (at this point I'll even take semi-pleasant) COMPETANT individual to deal with. An email address for communication purposes.

Guys, EVERY relationship needs communication. Even the smallest business ones. PLEASE give me someone to communicate with a means to do that (EMAIL&PHONE)
