Good service delivery in terms of helping me cancel my policy with 1st for Women, which was due to me getting a much cheaper quote. Faizel explained the whole process to me in simple terms, no insurance jargon, and indicaing that no debit order would go through at the end of the month etc (the important stuff). And he was very friendly, good service.
