I did an education plan for my niece in 2010 with a rep of Metropolitan, i never received the policy documents and when i phoned in to request them i was told that i will be charged for "MY" documents because i didnt request them within 6 months after the plan started, and if i have a problem i must go to the police station to open a case for the rep who by the way no longer works for the company, what i dont get is " DO THEY NOT HAVE A SYSTEM THAT SHOWS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY DOCS, AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO DIG IT OUT OF SOME HOLE" what happened to technology??? they cant even email me anything, now i said i want to cancel it because i do not know what i am paying for, "I HAVE TO GET THE PERMISSION OF MY SISTER, HER SIGNATURE, HER BANK ACCOUNT AND THE SIGNATURE OF MY 9 YEAR OLD NIECE" FIRSTLY, they never requested permission from my sister, the debit is coming out of my bank account but now the installments i was paying are going to my sister's account, AND WHAT THE DOES A NINE YEAR OLD KNOW ABOUT A CONTRACT??? she can hardly write her own name, talkless of signing now? the call centre and complaints depts are HOPELESS AND USELESS
