I contacted the call centre for a quote on a new bakkie that we would be purchasing, and I was quoted R4125.00 by the call centre agent, I then contacted Dial Direct Insurance who is always just light years ahead of Outsurance and they gave me a quote of R910.00, I then contacted the outsurance call centre once again to inform them that as per their slogan and head lines they will bend over backwords or they will pay R400 if they cant beat the quote, so I contacted them and as usual they gave me a 100 stories as to why they cannot pay the R400. It is typical insurance they make promises they cannot keep. I am disgusted with their service and should have just went with my gut and called Dial Direct Insurance initially. OUTSURANCE dont make PROMISES you cannot keep!!!
