BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF EXPERIENCE

Good day.
To whom it may concern, I'm so disappointed by Standard Bank. On the 28th i went to increase My RCC but I was told by the consultant that I must pay the oust loan first and I told him that it's a Revolving Credit and instead of me paying the minimum installment I was paying R1500.00 and I had already paid even the interest. Finally he agreed and I told him that after we have increase it I want to pay a minimum installment, he told me No that not possible because I was in an awkward situation I agreed and on the 30th I came back to collect my money but I was told that there is no money at standard, even though I tried to speak to the manager I was told the same thing (standard bank branch does not have R35 000 HUH) they sent me to another branch (Riverside Mall) which is 30 kilometers away and they told me the same thing up until I forced the manager by the name of Thabo Mahlakwane but i waited for 2 hours. Please investigate the matter and give feedback as soon as possible.
