I contacted the EC Finances to find out about my contract that I faxed to them at 11.30.50am, I was corresponding with Kerry van der Watt, Personal Assistant, Cell Phone Department, and felt that her response to my questions were very cold and seemed like she didn't't want to help me, I asked her if they received all my documents and i quote "WE DIDN'T'T RECEIVE IT" I then asked her if i said it to the wrong fax number and still i received "WE DIDNT RECEIVE IT" it was rude and just cold I was probing some more questions to get answers out of her but yet I haven't received a respond. IS this the type of employees that EC Finance employs to represent the company she is really putting the company in a bad light.
