Misleading Operations

I applied for a loan through EC finance which was declined in view of affordability. A few minutes later I received an sms that out of 5 service providers that they approached they received one approval and will forward a contract to me to sign.
I completed and signed this contract and faxed this back to them and also emailed this through. A few minutes later I received an sms stating that the payouts department at Money star will contact me to confirm banking details and ID number before paying. Two days later and no phone call I contacted EC Finance to find out what is happening. I sent an email to Kerry who just replied that she forwarded this to her manager. I then received an email from Marius saying the application was declined on affordability. I replied asking why they sent misleading sms's and why send a contract for me to sign and return for payout disclosing all my personal details along with giving them authority to debit my account, if there was no transaction that would have taken place. No reply has been received from them. I see it is their norm to debit clients without any authority. Why is this company even in existence if they may continue with malpractice?
