As soon as I try to make a payment to a beneficiary, I receive an error "NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED (ER 495) P". Now I need to go to a branch and provide proof of residence and my ID for some kind of reason!! Why now?? I've had this account for ages! I need to make a payment asap and you are preventing me from doing this. I work 8-5, I don't have time to waste to go the a branch! It's a good thing I have an account at another bank, because I am closing my Absa account. Ridiculous!
