Went to the branch on Tuesday 14 May added another user to our complex profile, on returning back to the complex tried to do payments received the message NOT VERIFIED, IDENTIFIED. Phoned the call centre and they informed me that the account is in FICA Lock down reason being it needs to be identified and verified AGAIN!!!
Went back to the branch on Wednesday 15 May with all relevant documents to be able to Identify and Verify the complex account whereas they told me all is on training they can not help me. I need to make a appointment and come and see them again.
This is not on, this is a BRANCH they are supposed to be able to assist.
Do they not have Back ups and how come they send ALL on training the same day.
