I have recently noticed that Hollard is not debiting my account for my 3 funeral policies instead they are only taking for 2, I then called them wanting to know what is going on, only to be told that the other policy lapsed and I was never informed about this. I have been paying this for the past 4 years and all of a sudden it has lapsed when I have to get my 5 year cash-back. on Monday the 29th when I called them the consultant said she would speak to her manager about it and still nothing.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received in the 4 years I have been with Hollard.
