WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I've received the worst service from African Bank. I applied for a loan and the lady helping me at the time gave me the wrong payback amount (I had budgeted on the amount quoted which was around R1100 pm), AFTER I QUESTIONED HER!! With my first debit order I saw the amount debited was twice as much as was quoted (R2085). After quering it, and after the branch manager blatantly told me I'm lying, it was confirmed that the consultant had indeed given me the wrong amount. I complained and have STILL NOT received any feedback, a year later. I am now paying off a loan which i didn't budget on, nad their head office has still not got back to me, and they have my contact details as well as my husband's. Two weeks back my husband's wallet was lost, and I requested a new card from the branch after being told by their call centre i can go get a card. The service I received was APPALLING, from Solly> needless to say i still do not have a new card. I don't recommend this mess up of a bank to ANYONE!!! Despicable! Disgusting!
