BAD SERVICE

Have arranged with standard bank VAF to have my account re-spread! they agreed and I completed the forms.
I have made an arrangement with them previously this was in Sept 2012.
I was then handed over to a debt collector who made contact with me.. I advised him about the re-spread and I had to send him
the forms as well which I did. After 2 weeks of waiting.. he comes back to me today advising that Standard bank cannot assist me as I have done a re-spread in Sept last year and he would make arrangements to have the car collected.
