Accessing a Claim

I put in a claim for my fence falling down. Their add shows them bending over backwards to help. In reality accesses only working Monday to Friday. I work so asked them to do it on a Saturday, they can not do it as it is out of working hours. I must take leave or time off work and drive an additional 60km in a day (petrol??) to meet someone during working hours. Think they need to change their advert to they will help you at their convince. Time to look for new insure
