Still no ipad - now nearly 4 month on

After having my initial application approved in January 2013 and then being advised that same would take 10 days to deliver can someone please tell me WHY now - after nearly 4 months of patient waiting and painstaking follow ups by me - I still do not have an ipad? Surely it cannot take THIS long to import it from anywhere... unless production is conducted on Mars! Perhaps I should move my account to Nedbank where the service is horrible and you are looked at like your about to rob the place but they at least DO NOT over promise and under deliver. I am extremely disappointed in FNB - this is not what I signed up for!!!
