My name id Bradley Payne and I have a personal legal policy with Clientele legal for about a year now. I have over the period had minor issues that I had to consult with clientele about and I was quite happy with my service.
To be quite honest I was never really convinced about my subscribing with clientele, legal matters need personal intervention and this generally is not possible for large organisations like clientele. This is what most of us believe however having such a policy I guess is better than nothing at all. I think that's the basis for most of us taking these policies anyway.
Marc Liberthal completely changed that for me. I am from the service industry and I am still trying to wrap my head around my encounter with this legal advisor. This may come across as an exaggeration however I have to say it as it is: I have never experienced this level of professionalism, etiquette and efficiency, esp. from
call center service. This level of service tells me that it was not a matter of my lucky day, I am confident that there are many who would be able to bear testimony to this. This one encounter completely changed my perspective of Clientele Legal and service in South Africa
