So here it is sweet and short I had to get road side assistance from My insurance on a Friday night when I forgot the vehicles lights on... yes I was absentminded for a moment however with in 20 Min of calling road side assistance First for Women was there and with a smile gave me a jump start and got my car going...
they even when the extra mile and followed me for 5 or 8 Km to make sure that I was able to get home.. wow now that was fantastic service from Firs for Women.. and again Wow what service I had from the Lady in the call centre call was answered with a smile she assisted me more that I expected to get from a call centre on a Friday night and that's not all she went on to call me every 5 Min to See if I was safe and that's not all I even got a call when I got home to see that I arrived safely home, I with all companies could follow this mode of service I am truly speechless WOW keep it up.
