I must say iam very dissapointed with the reult and feedback got from this insurance .if the claims consultant didnt load incorrect information when i registerd my claim i woulding be doing this a police report was never taken when i registerd my claim now iam lodging a claim for the recovery of my excess they advice that i said i bumped into someone which is incorrect. now iam transfrd from pealer to post with no feedback on what will be done . i spoke to Reenel who said i must fax my police report she will call me back no response _ i then spoke to Maritza who saw my police report but ddnt know what will do with it wanted to transfere me to Reenel who was not available . iam still waitng for feedback till now and i have occured the incident in September the case was even closed without them notifying me i must say iam an unhappy client now ..and want to know whats the way forward . please can i have urgent feedback - before i refer the matter to the ombudsman.
