Good day thank you for sending me the response from Budget Insurance this morning, i would like to disagree with some points they have said in their response that communication or feedback had been given to me. I would like to put this on record by stating that i am the one who call Budget and i spoke to a manager of the claims department whom I spoke to on the 10/04/2013 by the name Natalie Raednane (spelling of the surname could be wrong) said my claim was being repudiated, i have not received a call or letter from the insurer stating this. I have also based on this feedback from the manager have sort the assistance of the insurance Ombudsman.
