There are debits off my cheque account on the second of April 2013 for CBP Capitliastion (205.00 and 21.95 respectively). Your "actionline" have no idea what/who this was for and referred me to a branch to sort out. The number of complaints on for the same type of transactions are worrying. I expect someone to get hold of me and explain what these transactions are for, especially as I was not informed or gave any authorisation.
