I HAVE RECEIVED A SMART DEVICE THAT WITHIN A WEEK IS NO LONGER WORKING. TRIED GETTING ASSISTANCE FROM THE CALL CENTRE BUT THERE IS ONE DELAY AFTER THE NEXT AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING. IN THE INTERIM I AM LEFT WITHOUT A PHONE AND UNABLE TO USE MY SIM CARD AS I WAS TO CHANGE IT TO A MICRO SIM. ANOTHER 7 DAYS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO WAIT FOR FEEDBACK AS I JUST FEEL FOR A BRAN NEW PHONE THIS IS PERTHETIC.
SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK URGENTLY AS I AM ALSO UNABLE TO DO ANY OF MY BANKING.
