Smart Device Frustration

So I have been waiting more than two months to get my smart device and finally it was delivered to me a week ago. Now I am waiting to get them to connect my sim and what was suppose be not longer than three days have become now more than a week. After numerous calls to the Smart device Department and Cell C I am still waiting to get my sim connected and everyone is esculating my call but no one returns any call to give me some feedback as to when my issue will be resolved.
All I need is that FNB will connect my sim.
Is that so difficult to asked???
