So I have been hearing and seeing these wonderful adverts on radio and on TV about Outsurance rewarding their clientele R400 cash if they cannot beat their current quote... So I called and clearly they could NOT beat my current insurance premium. I asked for the quotation which was sent to me. I then responded on the 13 February 2013 informing them that they did not beat my current insurance premium and that since they are offering cash I would like to have mine... Guess what up until today they have not responded. This leaves me with one BIG question in my mind... Is this their sly way of scamming people so that their client database can grow? If my dog or cat had to get lost and I offer a reward for its safe return then I'm liable to pay that person not turn him/her away and reward them with a smile instead.
Outsurance, will you really bend backwards? This might seem that I'm desperate for the R400 which I am NOT but this would question your integrity and ways of business. If you say something act upon it and deliver... Empty promises mean nothing in today's world.
Outsurance you get NOTHING OUT!!!
