My cell phone was on 13th March, 2013 and reported to 24 hour Mobility on 18th March, 2013.
I was given a run around by a number of people at your call centre who repeatedly told me the claim was with a manager for consideration. I eventually emailed a complaint to MTN about the shoddy service.
They in turn emailed your company. After this I was called by Tshireletso Monamodi who handled the matter superbly and my phone was delivered today after he had phoned MTN branches to try and obtain a 'phone for me without success. His service was excellent and in sharp contrast with terrible service I had received up until then.
