Ignored by RCS
On the 19th of December 2012 I was alerted to the fact that my RCS account was defrauded after I was called by the RCS consultant Cathleen to verify if I was infact using my card, which I confirmed I wasn't. I then furnished requested infomation to the same consultant, being 3 sample singnatures, copy of back and font of my RCS card, and a copy of my ID along with an affidavit made from a police station indicating I had infact not used my card on the said day. I have inquired on more than 3 ocassions telephonically since then inbetween the past three months with RCS, and was informed the query was with their dispute department and a consultant from there will call me back to advise. It has now been over three months and no one from RCS has called me to update me what is goin on in regards to this incident, the only time I got calls from RCS was from their loan department to offer me a loan. I must say I am so dissapointed for this kind of treatment from a compnay I have experienced nothing but good service from prior to this incident!
