Faulty Atm and money not received

My mother in law went to an Absa atm on the 6th December 2013, just after 11am. (Atm inside woolworths) She put in her Sassa card to with draw money. She followed the instruction on the atm and entered her pin. As the transaction was about to complete, the card got stuck. She tried to get the card out but did not come right. She then asked for assistance to one of woolworths employees, who managed to get the card out. PLEASE NOTE she did not enter the pin or any security details while the card was taken out by the Woolworths employee. No money came out. She asked woolworths for further assistance but got non. She also went to 2 Absa branches to the customer service and the customer service manager and didn't get any help at all or any solution. All she was told by woolworths the Atm was offline and the camera's was not working. From what I know when the the atm is checked and balanced end of that day, there should be a difference in the cashing up. Or even a faulty shown on the print out of the day end report. Please contact her urgently!!! She's been told by woolworths they can't help her she must go to Absa and Absa told her they cant help she must go to Woolworths ...???!!!
