My husband has a policy with old mutual that was meant to payout on 31 January 2013, a call centre agent phoned him trying to get him to reinvest the money. It seems that since my husband decided not to reinvest that Old mutual is now not interested in helping us at all. We sent the correct forms in and only after phoning the call centre were we told one document is unreadable and must be resent, this has been done and we have still not received any feedback. I sent an email to [Email Removed] Personally i believe Old Mutual are stalling so they can claim the interest on the money laying in the bank, we have paid into their account for the past 15 to 20years and this is how we are repaid for our loyalty
