Bad Service!!!

On 27/09/2012 I was told by Portia that I had an amount of R1 931.88 outstanding on a Standard Bank Blue Bean credit card. Part of the payment to Consumer Assist each month was R1 587.40. Soooo, if you do the math then this account should have been paid up at the end of October 2012. But no, I received a phone message from attorneys wanting to take me to court for an outstanding amount of R1 368.18 on 05/04/2013. I have been trying ever since to make contact with Consumer Assist to no avail because their phones aren't being answered. I sent an email to their 'supposed' 24-hour email address and someone opened my email addressed as 'URGENT', yet no response was forthcoming. This is only the tip of the iceberg wrt issues I have had since joining in May 2009. I cannot believe that these guys are still around and I will be making contacting with some kind of Ombudsman to ensure that they are made aware of my issues if no response is forthcoming from Consumer Assist and they resolve my issues!
