There is not enough space on the page with regards to what I have experienced in the past week with FNB Credit Card Division & Legal.
How are you meant to resolve anything when the contact numbers you are given either just rings, or gets disconnected or you get put on hold for over 20 minutes - yes I held on for that long out of sure desperation just to talk with someone, anyone.
Then you get given over 6 different numbers to contact with different options, all to be told that this is not their problem & put you through to the number you have so been struggling to get through to, to have the phone put down in your ear again.
My patience & frustration levels have reached a point that I didn't even know I could get to.
This has been going on since the 10th of June until now.
I have no words. And you are meant to trust banks with your money - don't think so.
