I have been calling all the FNB numbers and hold the line for more than 20 mins daily and the only feedback i ever get is "We cannot help you" "You through to the wrong department" every day i get all different numbers and options to call and not one person can assist me! I have sent in my dispute form and was told this morning by Nokuthula on 087 575 9404 that the dispute was lodged and received and that i should call 087 730 2000 which is the reversal department and i can ask them when the refund will take place, upon calling that number i am told with attitude that's not the correct number after holding on from my cell phone for almost 25 minutes. Now i am expecting a call from FNB to confirm how long i msut still wait for my refund as i send it in Thursday morning @ 10 already? Very upset FNB Client.
