I called and requested assistance getting my deposit refund from my previous lanldord. This was over 2 and half weeks ago and to date no one has came back to me with feedback. I ve been sent from pillar to post by the representative agent and the landlord with getting my deposit and when I resorted to CLientelle i thought my problem would be sorted but I was wrong as they also let me down. I am dissapointed at the service and the turnaround time providing feedback or if my case has been handled by a Lawyer, NOTHING!!! Sadly I cant remember the name of the person I spoke to when I logged my case with them.
