I was Contacted by Creditworx yesterday after one and a half years of silence. They let the phone ring so i returned the call to the nr I did not know. Waiting for the call centre to answer (about 12 to 19 min each time!) i phoned them three times, only to get through to what is apparently the most rude, uneducated and unprofessional people I ever spoke to. The first lady blasphemed in my ear!
The account they contacted me for was with regards to money I supposedly owe to the Free State Education Department. from 2004. A year and a half back they also contacted me and my attorney sent them a letter.
They now refuse to send me the details so I can take this matter further with my attorney. I can not clear my name due to this incompetent company!!!
If there superiors can contact me that will help as the call centre is of no use.
