Unsatisfactory - Bad Service from Miway Insurance

On the 02 April 2013 I damaged the right passenger side rim on my Vehicle. I logged a claim on the 2nd of April 2013. To date my claim has not been settled. I have spoken to Nkele Molede who initially assisted with the claim and is not very helpfull mind you and then to Simone Van Der Merwe, she at least could assist. The Borbet rim is no longer manufactured anymore and now they want me to accept the R4100.00 pay out as compensation. I insured the rim for R4500.00. My insurance goes off my bank account every month with no hassels of almost R500.00 but this is the thanks I get. Not only that they now want me to fix the damage of my car that amounts to R5100.00 out of my own pocket. is this. The way I feel right now a cancellation of this pethetic insurance is in order and make it known that Miway is not all what they seem. Why not just give me the full amount for the rim and fix the car. I mean I could have done alot more with the R500.00 every month than waste it on this matter. This is my 1st claim as well.
