I was at the Standard bank branch in Florida on Goldman Street on Saturday, 06 April 2013, to query a transaction. There was a bit of a queue and I soon grew very tired and was extremely uncomfortable as I am pregnant. I felt as if I was going to passout on the spot.
As soon as Mr Naidoo spotted me, he politely requested the other customers if he could assist me and they agreed. He offered me a chair and asked what my query was, which he proceeded to handle swiftly.
Thank you very much for the show of compassion and wonderful service. Your company is very fortunate to have people like you representing them.
