No Service!!!

I have been trying for ONE WHOLE DAY no joking!! to get a simple statement for my personel load. Every person that answers the phone somply transfers me to the some other useless department. I am so sorry i ever did business with this unco-oprative, unprofesional, waste of time, excuse of a bank.

useless is not even the rigth word, its just a pure reflection of what the country is coming to!!!
