I tried to call Liberty Life to request a statement for my father who is pensioner. After eventually getting through I was told he needed to fax them a letter giving me permission to receive his statements. He sent this letter and we reveived no response. I sent an email and got an auto response saying i will be contacted shortly, and have had no response to that either. My father is a paying customor and has the right to request a statement.
