A few months ago I applied for a loan directly at the brach. After waiting the stipulated waiting period I attempted to contact the branch to get some feedback. After multiple messages with no response I phoned the call centre for FNB and only then did I find out that my application had been declinded due to documentation not being submitted by the staff at the branch.
More recently, I received a voicemail message to please contact Randridge Mall branch with regards to my business account. I have tried contacting the brach since then more than 5 times to no avail only to see that today my business account has been completely removed from my online banking profile.
