Cannot withdraw funds from paypal

FNB's service is atrocious.

Complaint number one:

I have been trying to get hold of a business banker at the Randridge mall office for a couple of weeks. Every time I go there, he is either in a meeting or in the randburg branch. The branch manager is never available. Always in training? My question? Why have a business banker at that branch if you cannot follow up on the service. Rather just close the area. 6 empty desks? You are just irritating people. And I am not going to drive to randburg to meet with him. I have had enough of trying to get hold of him, so here's the deal: you get him to contact me. If you don't want my business let me know, I will go elsewhere.

Complaint number two:

I have a paypal account linked to my internet banking profile. I have been using it successfully for the past year. This morning I tried to withdraw 1300 USD from the account. The system did not allow me to. I called the online call centre and spoke to a Gerald Mnsisi (ref number: 706942043). He asked me for the screen shots of the website which I sent. ( about 13H30) When I queried the complaint at 16h30, the agent who took the call says that the status still reflects 'awaiting screen shot
