Standard Bank you have a gem in Tasnim. She works at your branch in Goldman street, Florida.
I went to that branch on the 27 July 2013. Tasnim literally exceeded my expectations of banks and their consultants. She is genuinely warm and genuinely wants to help customers. I was watching her help others while I was waiting to be called by a consultant.
I had a check list of to do things at the bank and Tasnim made sure that everything is done and not just done but done excellently in a really short space of time. It was one of those rare experiences where I had fun at the bank and left feeling really great.
Standard Bank such a commitment to great customer service is to be rewarded. Impressed beyond words.
